Booking & Deposit

• A Guaranteed Deposit of PHP 20,000 per person must be settled within three (3) business days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Failure to comply may result in the release of your reserved slot.

• All deposits and down payments are strictly non-refundable.

Refund & Rebooking Policy

• Passengers who fail to clear immigration at any international airport will forfeit the entire tour cost.

• All packages are non-refundable and non-rebookable. No refunds will be issued for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights.

• Rebooking is only permitted in cases of natural calamities, force majeure (war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Refunds are not an option.

• In the event of airline schedule adjustments, clients are required to follow the revised itinerary.

• Rebooking may be considered if a passenger tests positive for COVID-19, subject to airline and hotel discretion.
