GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Foreignay Travel & Tours

1. Booking Policy

All bookings made with Foreignay Travel & Tours are final and non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
Failure to appear on the confirmed travel date (“No Show”) will result in forfeiture of the booking, and no refund will be provided for unused services.

2. Passenger Information

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all names provided in the booking match exactly with valid IDs or passports. Foreignay Travel & Tours will not be liable for issues arising from incorrect information.

3. Minor Travelers

Passengers below 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent (mother or father).
If traveling with a guardian, DSWD clearance, a letter of consent, and valid IDs are required.

4. Force Majeure

Foreignay Travel & Tours shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or additional costs caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.)

• Government restrictions

• Emergencies, accidents, or civil disturbances

Any penalties or charges imposed by hotels, airlines, or tour operators under these circumstances shall be borne by the client.

5. Land Arrangement (Hotels & Tours)

Rebooking of land arrangements is subject to approval by the hotel or tour operator and may incur additional charges due to rate differences.

6. Flights (If Applicable)

Airline operations, including flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes, are beyond our control.

If your ticket was booked through us, we will assist you in processing:

• Rebooking

• Travel fund

• Refund requests

However, final decisions are made by the airline, and service fees are non-refundable.

Clients are advised to regularly check their flight status via the airline’s website or contact us for updates.

7. Transfers & Tours

• Tours and transfers are typically seat-in-coach (shared/joiner basis).

• Guests must be on time. Waiting time is limited to 10 minutes only.

• Missed tours or transfers due to lateness or schedule changes are non-refundable.

• Tours may be rescheduled, modified, or canceled due to weather conditions or safety concerns.

• Minimum number of participants may be required for tours to proceed.

8. Island Hopping & Free Add-ons

Participation in scheduled activities, including complimentary tours, must follow the itinerary.
Unused or declined activities are non-refundable.
Free or promotional add-ons have no cash value.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our packages.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Clients who choose not to avail of insurance assume full responsibility for any risks or unforeseen expenses.

10. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Foreignay Travel & Tours will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

11. Travel Requirements

Clients must ensure they have all required travel documents, including:

• Valid IDs / Passports

• Visas (if applicable)

• Health or entry requirements

Failure to comply may result in denied travel, for which Foreignay Travel & Tours will not be held liable.

12. Hotel Policies

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Standard check-out time: 12:00 NN

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Additional notes:

• Room type and bed configuration are subject to availability

• Security deposits may be required upon check-in

• Any damages, lost items, minibar consumption, or incidental expenses are charged to the guest

13. Liability Disclaimer

Foreignay Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking with Foreignay Travel & Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
