Guarantee Deposit

• A non-refundable Guarantee Deposit of PHP 55,000 per person is required to secure the reservation.

• The deposit must be settled within three (3) business days from receipt of the Confirmation Invoice; otherwise, the reservation may be automatically released.

Booking Holding Period

• Reservations are held for a maximum of three (3) business days only.

• Failure to remit the required deposit within this period will result in the release of the booking without prior notice.

Full Payment

• Full payment must be completed at least thirty (30) days prior to the departure date.

• For bookings made less than thirty (30) days before departure, full payment is required within three (3) business days from receipt of the Confirmation Invoice.

• Failure to settle payments within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Visa Denial Policy

• In the event of a visa denial, the Guarantee Deposit shall be forfeited.

• A name change may be allowed for a replacement passenger with a valid visa, provided the airline ticket has not yet been issued and the replacement joins the same departure date. This is subject to airline and supplier policies.

Ticket Issuance

• Airline tickets are generally issued approximately one (1) week prior to departure.

• Issuance timelines may vary depending on peak travel seasons and airline operational conditions.

Date Transfer Policy

• Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the selected travel date is considered final.

• Requests for changes in travel dates after payment has been made will not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

• All packages are strictly non-refundable and non-rebookable.

• No refunds shall be provided for unused services, including but not limited to tours, transportation, accommodations, and flights.

• Cancellation is not permitted once the Guarantee Deposit has been paid. Both the deposit and any subsequent payments shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

Credit Note Policy

• Any overpayment shall be converted into a non-refundable Travel Fund in the form of a credit note.

• Credit notes are transferable only to future bookings with Foreignay Travel & Tours and are not convertible to cash.

Immigration Compliance

• Passengers are responsible for meeting all immigration requirements.

• In the event a passenger is denied clearance by immigration authorities at any point of departure, the full tour package cost shall be non-refundable.

• Immigration decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective authorities.

Flight Schedule Adjustments

• In case of airline-initiated schedule changes, passengers are required to follow the revised itinerary.

• Rebooking is permitted only in cases of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war or threat of war, civil unrest, strikes, terrorist activities, epidemics, pandemics) or government-mandated cancellations.

• Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.
