DAY 1: MANILA-TOKYO

• Arrival in Tokyo. Transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Availability & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability. Please confirm with our team prior to making any payment to secure your preferred travel dates.

Guarantee Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of PHP 35,000 per person is required to secure your reservation. This must be settled within three (3) business days upon receipt of the Confirmation Invoice. Failure to do so may result in automatic release of the booking.

Booking Holding Period

• Reservations are held for a maximum of three (3) business days only. Bookings without the required deposit within this period will be automatically cancelled.

Ticket Issuance

• Airline tickets are typically issued approximately one (1) week prior to departure. This timeline may vary depending on peak season demand and airline operational conditions.

Date Transfer Policy

• Once the guarantee deposit has been paid, the selected travel date is considered final and non-changeable. Requests for date changes will not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

• All packages are non-refundable and non-rebookable. No refunds will be provided for unused services, including but not limited to tours, accommodations, transportation, and flights. In case of cancellation, both the deposit and full payment shall be forfeited.

Credit Note Policy

• In case of overpayment, a non-refundable Travel Fund (credit note) will be issued. This may be used for future bookings only and is not convertible to cash.

Immigration Disclaimer

• Foreignay Travel & Tours shall not be held liable for passengers who are denied clearance by immigration authorities. In such cases, the full tour package cost remains non-refundable. Immigration decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective officers.

Flight Schedule Adjustments

• Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Clients are required to follow the revised schedule. Rebooking may only be considered in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government-mandated cancellations, pandemics, etc.). Refunds will not be issued.

Itinerary Changes

• Itineraries, schedules, and meal arrangements are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

Provincial Passengers

• Guests traveling from provinces are advised to arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) at least 10 hours prior to departure to avoid any delays or missed flights.

Child Policy

• Child rates (with bed) are subject to availability and request.

Fuel Surcharge

• Fuel surcharges are not included in the package and are mandatory. Rates may vary depending on travel dates and are subject to change without prior notice. Please coordinate with our team for confirmation.
