Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable booking deposit of PHP 27,000 per person is required within three (3) days upon confirmation to secure the reservation.

Child Policy

• Children with bed and other child rates are subject to quotation.

• Children without bed rates do not include hotel breakfast. Breakfast may be purchased directly at the hotel.

Tour Arrangements

• All services are provided on a private tour basis.

• In cases of heavy traffic, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, the sequence of the itinerary may be adjusted without prior notice to ensure smooth travel flow.

• Itinerary, schedules, and meals are subject to change depending on actual conditions without prior notice.

Accommodation

• All room accommodations are based on twin-sharing by default.

• In the event that the indicated hotels are unavailable, similar standard hotels will be arranged.

• Triple rooms are not guaranteed. If unavailable, guests may opt to share with other participants or pay a single supplement fee.

Tour Duration

• Daily tour duration is limited to a maximum of 10 hours, including travel time, and will not extend beyond 9:00 PM.
