TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Guests traveling to Vietnam are required to comply with all applicable travel regulations, including a valid visa for passport holders where required.

• All arriving and departing passengers must complete the e-Travel registration within 72 hours prior to departure via: https://etravel.gov.ph/

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

• A non-refundable down payment of PHP 18,000 per person is required to secure the reservation.

• Full payment terms and deadlines will be advised upon booking confirmation.

ACCOMMODATION AND ARRANGEMENTS

• In the event that the specified hotels are unavailable on the requested travel dates, they will be replaced with similar standard accommodations.

• Tour itineraries, schedules, and meal arrangements may be subject to change due to local conditions or operational requirements.

• For solo travelers (including children with bed), room sharing may be arranged with other guests.

• Guests who prefer a private room will be required to pay the applicable single supplement fee.

SHOPPING STOPS

• Please be informed that this package includes scheduled visits to selected shops such as: Latex Shop, Silk Shop, Jewelry Shop, and Treasure Shop. Guests are encouraged to cooperate with the group itinerary.

AIRLINE ADVISORY

• VietJet Air has implemented a charter rate adjustment due to fluctuations in global fuel prices and operational costs.

• An additional fee of PHP 2,150 per person (roundtrip) applies.

BAGGAGE POLICY

• Additional baggage allowance may be requested under the following conditions:

• Request must be made at least 48 hours before departure

• Surcharge: USD 10 per 5kg per one-way trip (maximum additional 10kg)

• Passenger names must exactly match the passport when applying for extra baggage.

• All additional baggage requests are subject to airline approval and availability.
