Reservation & Payment
A non-refundable and non-transferable downpayment of ₱20,000 per person is required to reserve a slot.
No child rate available. Infants aged 6 months and below are not permitted to board.
Full payment must be settled 90 days prior to the sailing date. Failure to comply may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Ticket Issuance
Tickets are issued approximately one week before embarkation.
Timelines may vary depending on peak season demand and airline partner capacity.
Cancellation Policy
Applicable charges will be imposed for cancellations on guaranteed bookings.
Full cancellation charges apply once booking is finalized.
Packages are strictly non-refundable and non-rebookable.
No refunds will be provided for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights.
Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both deposit and full payment will be forfeited.
Overpayments & Credit Note Policy
In cases of overpayment, a non-refundable credit note will be issued and applied to a Travel Fund.
Credit notes can only be used for future bookings with Foreignay Travel & Tours.

Shore excursions are not included in the cruise fare and must be booked separately.
Each shore excursion includes guide service, round-trip transportation, and admission fees.
Minimum group size for shore excursions is 40 passengers. If not met, guests will be notified in advance.

Mandatory travel documents:
Filipino minors (below 18 years old) traveling without parents must secure a DSWD Travel Clearance.
Filipino government employees must secure a Travel Authority from their respective department heads.

The Final Travel Voucher will be released 3 days before the scheduled travel date.
