Guarantee Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of PHP 20,000 per person is required to secure a reservation.

• The deposit must be settled within three (3) business days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice.

• Failure to settle within the specified period will result in the automatic release of the reserved slot.

Booking Holding Period

• Reservations are held for a maximum of three (3) business days.

• If the Guarantee Deposit is not received within this period, the booking will be released without prior notice.

Visa Denial Policy

• In the event of a visa denial, the Guarantee Deposit will be forfeited.

• A name change is permitted for a passenger with a valid visa, provided the ticket has not yet been issued and the replacement joins the same departure date.

Ticket Issuance

• Tickets are generally issued one week prior to departure.

• Issuance timelines may vary depending on peak season demand and airline partner capacity.

 Date Transfer Policy

• Once the Guarantee Deposit is paid, the selected travel date is final and non-transferable.

• Requests for changes after payment cannot be accommodated.
  

Cancellation Policy

• All packages are non-refundable and non-rebookable.

• No refunds will be provided for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights.

• Both the Guarantee Deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

Immigration Clearance

• Passengers denied clearance by immigration authorities at any international airport are not eligible for refunds.

• Immigration outcomes are at the sole discretion of the immigration officer.
  

Flight Schedule Adjustments

• Clients must comply with any schedule changes made by the airline.

• Rebooking is only permitted in cases of natural calamities, force majeure (e.g., war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics), or government-mandated cancellations.

• Refunds are not available under these circumstances.

Itinerary and Meals

• Itineraries, schedules, and meals are subject to change without prior notice, depending on operational requirements.

Child Policy

• Rates for children with bed or other child-specific arrangements are available upon request.

Provincial Passengers

• Passengers traveling from provinces or distant areas are advised to arrive at Manila Airport at least 10 hours before flight departure to avoid delays.

Fuel Surcharge

• Fuel surcharge is not included in the package price.
