By booking and availing of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of PHP 20,000 per person must be settled within three (3) days upon confirmation.

• Failure to settle within the given period may result in the release of the reserved slot.

Accommodation & Room Policy

• All room bookings are based on twin-sharing by default.

• In case the listed hotels are unavailable, similar accommodations will be provided.

• Triple rooms are not guaranteed. If unavailable, guests must either share with other passengers or pay the single supplement.

• Child with bed (other child rate) is subject to request and confirmation.

Tour & Itinerary

• All services are provided on a private basis.

• In cases of crowded groups or special circumstances, the tour order of attractions may be adjusted without prior notice to ensure smooth travel time.

• Itinerary, schedules, and meals are subject to change depending on actual conditions.

Package Restrictions

• Package rates are not applicable to incentive groups.

• Rates are inclusive of mandatory shop visits, which include:

Visa Notice

• Passengers with previous visa denials must inform us, as automatic rejection may occur. Proceeding with the application is at passenger discretion.

• Once submitted, Foreignay Travel & Tours has no control over visa results.

• Once a visa application has been filed, regardless of the outcome, the tour fee remains non-refundable.

Final Travel Voucher

• The Final Travel Voucher will be released three (3) days before the travel dates.
