Refunds policy

Foreignay Travel & Tours

Effective Date: April 19, 2026

Foreignay Travel & Tours is committed to transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions governing cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.

1. General Policy

All bookings are considered final. Payments made to Foreignay Travel & Tours are non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to appear on the confirmed travel date (“No Show”) will result in full forfeiture of the booking. No refunds will be issued for unused services.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once confirmed:

  • Airline tickets (subject to airline policies)

  • Hotel accommodations and reservations

  • Tour packages and land arrangements

  • Promotional or discounted packages

  • Service, processing, and administrative fees

3. Airline Tickets

All airline-related refunds, rebooking, or travel fund requests are governed by the airline’s terms and conditions.

Foreignay Travel & Tours will assist in processing requests; however, the final decision rests solely with the airline. Any penalties, fare differences, and fees imposed by the airline shall be borne by the client.

Service fees paid to Foreignay Travel & Tours remain non-refundable.

4. Voluntary Cancellations by Client

In case of cancellation initiated by the client:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Rebooking requests are subject to supplier approval

  • Additional charges and penalties may apply

5. Involuntary Cancellations / Force Majeure

In events beyond control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or airline disruptions):

  • Refunds, if any, are subject to the policies of third-party providers

  • Foreignay Travel & Tours does not guarantee refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed once received from suppliers

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are subject to the following:

  • Processing time: 30 to 90 business days or longer depending on suppliers

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, where possible

  • All service and administrative fees are non-refundable

7. Unused Services

No refunds will be granted for unused services, including:

  • Missed flights, tours, or transfers

  • Late arrivals or early departures

  • Voluntary changes during travel

8. Third-Party Responsibility

Foreignay Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays in refund processing by suppliers

  • Denied refund requests by third parties

  • Service disruptions beyond our control

9. Chargeback Protection Policy

By completing a booking, the client agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Foreignay Travel & Tours to resolve the issue.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • The client agrees that all supporting documents (quotations, confirmations, invoices, and communications) shall serve as valid proof of service and agreement

  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be legally contested

  • The client shall be held liable for all costs incurred, including administrative fees, legal fees, and penalties associated with the dispute

Foreignay Travel & Tours reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of abuse or bad faith claims.

10. Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect both the client and the company, Foreignay Travel & Tours reserves the right to:

  • Request valid identification and supporting documents before confirming bookings

  • Verify payment transactions and ownership of payment methods

  • Cancel or suspend bookings that are suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized

If fraud or unauthorized activity is detected:

  • The booking may be canceled without prior notice

  • No refund will be issued

  • The matter may be reported to relevant authorities

11. Disputes and Claims

All refund-related concerns must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days after the scheduled travel date.

Failure to submit within this period may result in the claim being denied.

12. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Acceptance of Policy

By confirming a booking with Foreignay Travel & Tours, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, including all limitations, liabilities, and legal protections stated herein.
