Reservation & Deposit

• Check availability to confirm.

• A non-refundable Guarantee Deposit of PHP 20,000 per person is required to secure the reservation.

• The deposit must be settled within three (3) business days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Failure to settle within this period may result in the release of the slot.

• The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only.

Ticket Issuance

• Tickets are issued approximately one week before departure.

• Timelines may be adjusted during peak seasons or based on airline operational capacity.

Date Transfer Policy

• Once the Guarantee Deposit has been paid, the selected travel date is considered final.

• Requests for changes in travel dates after payment cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

• The package is non-refundable and non-rebookable.

• No refunds will be provided for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights.

• Both the deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

Credit Note Policy

• In cases of overpayment, a non-refundable credit note will be issued.

• This credit note will be transferred into a Travel Fund and may only be applied to future bookings.

Immigration Process

• For passengers unable to pass immigration at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable.

• Immigration clearance is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer.

Flight Schedule Adjustments

• Clients must follow any sudden flight schedule changes made by the airline.

• Rebooking is only permitted in cases of natural calamities, force majeure (war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorism, epidemics/pandemics), or government-mandated cancellations.

• Refunds are not an option.

Child Policy

• Child with bed (other child rate) is subject to request and confirmation.

Fuel Surcharge

• Fuel surcharge is not included in the package.

• It is mandatory and may vary depending on travel date. Please confirm with our team.

Important Notices

• Passengers from provinces or distant areas are advised to arrive at Manila Airport at least 10 hours before flight departure to avoid delays.

• The Thai Immigration Bureau has introduced the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) for all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by land, sea, or air.

  • Compliance is mandatory starting May 1, 2025.

  • Registration must be completed within 3 days before arrival.

• This digital system ensures faster, easier, and more secure immigration processing.

Final Travel Voucher

• The Final Travel Voucher will be sent three (3) days before the travel dates.
