Reservation & Deposit

• A non‑refundable and non‑transferable downpayment of PHP 40,000 per person (base fare) is required to reserve a slot.

• The deposit must be settled within three (3) business days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Failure to remit payment within this period may result in the release of the booking.

Booking Holding Period

• Reservations are held for a maximum of three (3) business days pending receipt of the Guarantee Deposit. Unpaid bookings beyond this period will be automatically released.

Full Payment

• Full payment must be settled forty‑five (45) days prior to departure.

• For bookings made less than one month before departure, full payment must be made within three (3) days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice.

• Failure to comply will result in the release of the slot and forfeiture of the deposit.

Change of Name Policy

• Name changes are permitted one time only, subject to a fee of USD 100 per person.

• Requests must be submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to departure.

Ticket Issuance

• Airline tickets are issued approximately one week before departure.

• Timelines may vary depending on peak season demand and airline operational capacity.

Credit Note Policy

• In cases of overpayment, a non‑refundable credit note will be issued and applied to a Travel Fund.

• This credit may only be used for future bookings with Foreignay Travel & Tours.

Immigration Process

• Passengers who fail to pass immigration clearance at any international airport will forfeit the entire tour package cost. Immigration approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration officer.

Flight Schedule Adjustments

• Clients must comply with any schedule changes imposed by the airline.

• Rebooking will only be permitted in cases of natural calamities, force majeure (e.g., war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics), or government‑mandated cancellations. Refunds are not available.

Cancellation Policy

• All packages are strictly non‑refundable and non‑rebookable.

• No refunds will be provided for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights.

• Once the deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, both the deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with applicable charges.

Itinerary & Meals

• Itineraries, schedules, and meals are subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Notices

• Children (2–11 years old) and infants (23 months and below) must be accompanied by two (2) adults.

• In cases of one adult and one child, the child rate will be considered as an adult rate.

• Fuel surcharges are not included in package rates. These are mandatory, subject to airline notice, and may vary depending on travel dates. Please confirm with our team prior to departure.

• Travel is subject to weather conditions.

• All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Final Travel Voucher

• The Final Travel Voucher will be released three (3) days prior to the scheduled travel date.
