• Day 1 – Arrival (No Meals)
  Arrival at Basco Airport. Meet and greet by our tour coordinator, then transfer to your hotel for check-in.
  Enjoy free time at your own leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 – Free Day (Breakfast)
  Start your day with breakfast. Enjoy your free time or avail optional tours to explore Batanes.

• Day 3 – Departure (Breakfast)
  Breakfast at the hotel. Free time until check-out, then transfer to the airport for your departure.

• Room rates are based on the lowest room category available

• Standard hotel check-in: 2:00–3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN

• Bookings are subject to availability (no rooms or slots are held yet)

1. BOOKING & RESERVATION

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, website, or authorized representatives).

• A non-refundable reservation fee or downpayment is required to secure your slot.

• Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of confirmation.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• Full payment must be settled on or before the specified deadline.

• Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is made.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise stated.

• In case of cancellation by the client:

  • Reservation fee/downpayment is non-refundable.

  • Any additional payments may be subject to supplier cancellation charges.

• Rebooking may be allowed depending on supplier policies and availability.

• No-show passengers are non-refundable.

4. REBOOKING & CHANGES

• Rebooking requests must be made at least 7–14 days prior to travel date.

• Rebooking is subject to:

  • Availability

  • Fare differences

  • Rebooking fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or partners

• Name changes are strictly not allowed once booking is confirmed (especially for flights).

5. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information.

• Names must match valid government-issued IDs or passports.

• Any corrections after booking may incur additional charges and are subject to approval.

• Clients are responsible for securing:

  • Valid IDs / Passports

  • Visas (if applicable)

  • Travel requirements mandated by authorities

6. ITINERARY & SCHEDULE CHANGES

• Foreignay Travel & Tours reserves the right to:

  • Modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events

  • Replace hotels or services with similar standards if necessary

• No refunds will be given for unused services due to late arrival or early departure.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Foreignay Travel & Tours shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to:

• Natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.)

• Government restrictions

• Airline or transportation issues

• Other events beyond control

In such cases, rebooking or travel credits may be arranged based on supplier policies.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Foreignay Travel & Tours acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).

• We are not liable for:

  • Accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings

  • Delays, cancellations, or service disruptions

• Clients are encouraged to secure travel insurance for protection.

9. CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully during the tour.

• Any damages caused to property or service providers will be charged directly to the client.

• The agency reserves the right to remove any disruptive participant without refund.

10. PROMOS & DISCOUNTS

• Promotional rates are:

  • Limited-time offers

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

• Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

11. PRIVACY & DATA

• All personal information collected will be used solely for booking and travel purposes.

• We respect and protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
