Reservation & Deposit

• A non‑refundable booking deposit of PHP 15,000 per person must be settled within three (3) business days of confirmation to secure the reservation.

• Failure to remit the deposit within the specified period may result in the release of the booking.

Minimum Group Requirement

• A minimum of 32 passengers is required for the tour to operate.

• Tours will be joined with regular paying international passengers.

Child Policy

• Rates for children with bed or other child categories are available upon request.

Itinerary & Schedule

• Itineraries, schedules, and meals are subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions, traffic, weather, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• All arrangements will be adjusted according to the actual situation at the time of travel.

Fuel Surcharge

Important Notices

• All room bookings are based on twin sharing by default. Triple room arrangements are not guaranteed.

• If the listed hotels are unavailable at the time of booking, they will be replaced with similar accommodations.

• Travel is subject to weather conditions and operational considerations.

• Passengers traveling from provincial or distant areas are advised to arrive at Manila Airport at least 10 hours before departure to avoid delays and ensure a smooth travel experience.
