By booking and availing of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

Payment Policy

• A non‑refundable down payment of Php 18,000 per person is required within three (3) days of booking confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be settled no later than three (3) months prior to departure, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Full payment is required before tour departure.

• Any unused portion of the package is strictly non‑refundable.

• For passengers who fail immigration clearance at any international airport or whose visa application is denied, the tour cost is non‑refundable.

Visa Requirements

• Clear scanned copy of the passport bio page (file size not more than 95KB; file name must match passenger’s name as stated in the passport).

• Passport‑size photo with white background (file size not more than 95KB; file name must match passenger’s name).

• Agency Guarantee Letter – notarization not required. (Submit each time you process an eVisa.)

• Business Permit Copy – required once only.

• Passengers with previous visa denials must disclose this information, as automatic rejection may occur. Proceeding with the application is at the passenger’s discretion.

• Once submitted, Foreignay Travel & Tours has no control over visa application results.

• Once a visa application has been filed, tour fees remain non‑refundable regardless of outcome.

• Visa processing timeline: E‑Group Visa is typically released 2–4 working days prior to departure.

Important Notices

• Passengers traveling from provinces or distant areas must arrive at Manila Airport at least 10 hours before flight departure to avoid delays and ensure a smooth travel experience.
